2. Data we process

When you visit the website, the web server processes technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). Server log files are only stored for as long as necessary for the secure operation of the website.

When you use the contact form or the quote form, we process the details you enter: name, email address, address (street, ZIP, city), telephone number, your message and – in the quote form – the desired credit package and how you found us. The email we receive also contains your IP address.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote or a free test account. You confirm this with the consent checkbox in the form.

4. Cookies and analytics

Statistics (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) are only loaded after you have consented in the cookie banner. Without consent, no tracking cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Google may transfer data to servers in the USA. Google processes the data collected in accordance with its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

5. Fonts, images and external content

The font used on this website is hosted on our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts. The promo video is only loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) after you click “Play video”; data such as your IP address is then transmitted to YouTube or Google, including to the USA. Links to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube are simple links; no plugins of these providers are loaded.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Data is only passed on to service providers that we need to operate the website and to send and receive emails (hosting, email). These are in particular the hosting and email provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany) and – only with your consent to statistics – Google (Google Tag Manager / Analytics). Data may also be transferred to the USA by Google and YouTube.

7. Storage period

We store enquiries for as long as necessary to process them and for the customer relationship. Statutory retention obligations, for example for business records, remain reserved.

8. Your rights
