Terms and conditions of Remove24.ch

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services of Remove24.ch – Sieber.

1. Service

Remove24 offers an automated service that cuts out vehicle images and places them on an individually designed virtual background. The service is paid for with prepaid credits; there is no subscription.

2. Credits and prices

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are listed on the pricing page. One cut-out vehicle image or detail shot costs 1 credit, an image without cut-out (banner with logos and company name) costs 0.25 credits. A transparent PNG is included with every cut-out image.

3. Validity

Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused credits expire after this period.

4. One-off fees

A one-off setup fee of CHF 250.00 applies, including the creation of the first background. Layout changes or additional backgrounds cost CHF 50.00 per adjustment.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or by invoice.

6. Free test account

A free test account is available on request. The final background is created once the customer decides to go ahead.

7. Liability, warranty, refunds, governing law and jurisdiction

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence and for indirect damages and loss of profit is excluded.

Images are processed automatically. Defects must be reported to us within a reasonable time after receiving the images; we will rectify justified complaints or credit the affected credits.

Purchased credits are not refunded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the provider, unless mandatory statutory venues apply.
